Most welcome at Tushita-Nepal (The School of Life) an ideal meditation retreat center in the Himalaya of Nepal. Our Retreat starts every Sunday throughout the year. We focus on engineering life, stress management, Chakra cleansing, tuning inner vibration, repairing Karma, purification and self-realization through the Vedic wisdom. Certainly, Tushita-Nepal is meant for those who are lost – seeking spiritual path and craving for inner peace. Remember! Stretching legs is not yoga and closing eyes is not meditation. It is more than just that. Life is full of questions, nobody knows the answer and death is certain- nobody can question it. People have read thousands of books but not turned the inner pages of their one’s true-self. People have traveled half of the world but not explored the inner world. Therefore, detox, release, purify, rejuvenate and live a peaceful life.

REMARKS: 51 meter need to walk with your luggage. Need to wash your own dishes. We do not use msg, white salt / sugar and refined oil. No alcohol and tobacco allowed. May you think of reconnecting your true self / mobile fasting is recommended. Feel like your own home.
